Optional hydraulic grip steps:
● Select the type of the hydraulic clamping system according to working condition of the machine;
● Learn the mold open force of the machine equipped with QMCS in order to confirm the clamping force, number and arrangement type of the hydraulic clamping system;
● Learn the value of the H (the thickness of the mold base platen);
● Confirm the installation type of the QMCS, learn the slot dimension for the sliding type QMCS and installation hole dimension and space distance for the fixed type QMCS.
